In light of our snacking theme issue this month, it's a perfect time to celebrate nuts! Have a handful of nuts on a regular basis to ensure a healthy dose of anti-oxidants.
Nuts of all kinds can help you to live longer - walnuts, hazelnuts, Brazil nuts, pine nuts, almonds, pecans and macadamia nuts. Just make sure your nuts aren't the roasted/salted, mass-produced kind or their health value nose dives.
