World Diabetes Day

If you have type 2 diabetes, please don’t despair! There is so much one can do to reverse diabetic numbers simply by changing your eating style and moving your body. There are resources all around.

If you’re on FaceBook for example, try joining the private group, Reversing Diabetes. Over 40,000 people belong to this group and you can interact by giving and receiving answers to questions and other information.

Yuri Elkaim offers a wonderful isometric workout which gets the blood flowing and heart pumping all while staying in one position. Besides being enormously helpful in lowering diabetic numbers, the beauty of isometric training is its reduced risk of injury since one simply holds one pose at a time, then releases. I love it!
