What a wonderful day to eat in a great way! Roasted turkey, Brussel sprouts, a whole baked yam, (no need to go with the candied version!), gluten-free (almond and/or coconut flour) pumpkin pie all washed down with a glass of organic red wine and filtered water! I’m absolutely giving thanks for the bounty and beauty of this meal in the presence of others. It’s helpful to be socially connected to people for support - especially during holidays. Enjoy!
